Morenasss Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the package has been dropped at the post office it's no longer under my care. If your package is lost please contact the carrier Ups / Usps.
Please make sure you are adding the right address & including your apt # !! If by mistake you put the wrong address please get to me as soon as possible before your order gets shipped out.
If package is sent back to us due to incorrect address you will be charged for reshipping fee.
